Document design coordinator

This customer-oriented associate will assist the document design process (lease and other property forms) by serving as liaison between our document design manager and incoming document creation and change requests. Job responsibilities

  • Learn, research, develop and document company “best practices” document usage, including state or region specific documents
  • Grow into On-Site’s “document expert”: the main person to solve forms problems immediately
  • Review all document requests originating directly from end-users, corporate managers, customer service associates, sales associates – reviewing incoming requests within 45 minutes during business hours
  • Communicate with requester to clarify needs and manage expectations
  • Clarify and identify the problem/issue to be solved
  • Serve as central “quality control” person
  • Develop and articulate both short-term and long-term solutions for document needs
  • Prioritize document requests by numerous conflicting considerations including client size, time of request, urgency of need, expected work investment, alternative workarounds
  • “Close the loop” by activating any forms and settings, and contacting requester
  • Work closely with others with a positive, client-centric attitude
  • Document features of widely used forms as a resource to all involved with our products

Duties

Design and develop data analysis applications and lease creation software for residential property management. Duties include developing and modifying information systems and system architecture to meet client requirements; analyze user/client requirements, procedures and problems to automate and customize existing software systems and applications; writing detailed code specific to user needs; modifying software application functions; and customize user interfaces to integrate artificial intelligence features in designing components that match client specific functions.

Education

Minimum MS CS/CIS/CE or foreign degree equivalent (ss determined by properly evaluated credentials)

Other special requirements

Experience in database schema design and advanced query on large-scale databases; implementing service-oriented architecture and web applications using Java Platform Enterprise; and coursework in object-oriented analysis and design.
