Apply Now online applications
Before you get started, you need...

• the links to online applications for your communities (grab this list by logging in and pasting https://www.on-site.com/reports/onlineapps.html into your browser)
• the ability to edit your website, settings, or wherever you want to link from

If you have your own website or online advertisement

1. Link to each community (or the list of all your communities); the format is https://www.on-site.com/apply/property/00000 ("00000" is your On-Site ID).
2. Optional: Use one of our logos to boost application traffic.

3. Optional: Contact us with your website address and any design ideas, and we'll personalize the "look and feel" of your application form. Then simply add /style/yourcompany to the end of the above links (we will provide the actual text).
4. In your On-Site account, click SETTINGS > My Account and check the box Email me when a new online application is received.
5. Click LEASING > Recent Leasing Activity to review and process incoming applications.

If you use Vaultware

1. Log into your Vaultware account and select On-Site.com as your screening provider.
2. Enter your community's On-Site ID.
3. Enter the link as your "application form."

If you do not have a website, but still want to let renters apply online

1. Send your renter to our website at www.on-site.com to search for your community.
