If you use forms licensed by a National Apartment Association chapter, your On-Site account can generate them from Blue Moon Software, the official provider of NAA forms. When you click Print Lease, your account will generate ready-to-sign forms, debiting your Blue Moon account according to their policies and rates.

Blue Moon NAA forms
Before you get started, you need...

  • an active Blue Moon online forms account with enough "clicks" to purchase forms (buy online from Blue Moon)
  • permission to edit your Property Policies in On-Site

 

Step 1 - Contact On-Site

  1. Select which forms you wish to buy from Blue Moon. We recommend the 6-page Apartment Lease Contract only.
  2. Select the forms you wish to add to your account to generate free of charge; we personalize boilerplate forms for each community.

 

Step 2 - Blue Moon settings

  1. Log into your Blue Moon account and click System Configuration > General Settings. Under PDF Compatibility, uncheck Enable PDF Compatability Mode.
  2. Click Apply to save your settings.

 

Step 3 - On-Site settings

  1. Log into your On-Site account and click Settings > Property Setup. Click the blue Policies button for your community.
  2. Under Blue Moon log-in, enter your Blue Moon Serial No., User ID and Password.
  3. Review the default information that will fill in the lease.
  4. Under Lease Attachments, click the forms to be added to the lease. Where applicable, click the corresponding Edit pencil to review policy options.
  5. Scroll down and click Save Policies to save your settings.
