Activate SureDeposit
If you use SureDeposit, you can screen applicants and print SureDeposit
enrollment forms along with your lease using On-Site. Just click Use
SureDeposit under the lease terms, and adjust the security deposit
amount accordingly, so your lease is accurate.
Before you get started, you need
- your community's SureDeposit property ID (call 877-531-7873 or email SureDeposit)
- permission to edit your Property Policies in On-Site
Step 1 - Contact On-Site to add SureDeposit's form to your account
Step 2 - On-Site settings
- Log into your On-Site account and click Settings > Property Setup. Click the blue Policies button for your community.
- Under Lease Attachments, check off SueDeposit Enrollment Form. Click the corresponding
to enter your SureDeposit ID.
- Click Save Policies to save your settings.
